Opened in 2013, we are an engineering led business of Construction Engineering, Buildability, and Planning specialists that find the best way to deliver any construction project. Our specialists produce innovative construction methods and buildability solutions, harnessing the benefits of DfMA with Assemblies and Modules which are Manufactured off-site, before Assembly on-site, to reduce Assembly Cost and Time.

Lee is a civil engineer and project leader with over 30 years experience in project delivery, leading teams in excess of 200 staff on projects with values up to US$1 billion. Notable recent projects include Project Director for Laing O’Rourke – Hsin Chong – Paul Y JV on West Kowloon Terminus Station South (US$1bn) and GM and Projects Director for Alfasi Constructions, on West Kowloon Terminus Station North Entrance Building (US$170m). Lee leads our Construction Engineering and Project Management Services.
