we make a difference
Assured, reasoned, collaborative, honest — we are a team of planning and scheduling specialists who work hard to be recognised as the leading provider of excellence in construction planning and scheduling.
about us
Formed in 2017, most of our team came from main contractors — people who have delivered projects, not only advised on them. We plan and schedule construction projects throughout Asia.
Based out of our centre of excellence in Hong Kong, we provide Schedule Management and Planning Services for all phases of a construction project, including design, procurement, delivery and project closeout. Beyond the normal third-party service, we also provide schedule optimisation using the generative scheduling tool Optimize from ALICE Technologies. Where a firm wants to enhance its own capability, we provide services to establish a Centre of Excellence within the firm.
We plan a project by identifying and modelling its construction against its constraints and parameters, then schedule that plan through the efficient use of time and resources — simulating the process of construction within the project’s own limits.
At our core is problem-solving grounded in data and first principles, communication built on empathy and trust, and work fuelled by passion, resilience and teamwork.
