Our client had reached a stalemate in the agreement of their final account with their client. The stalemate centred around the recovery of the cost for the provision of additional labour and plant by our client, and disagreement on the validity of contractual claims which had been prepared and submitted by our client in advance of our appointment.
Scope
The key scope of work Cranborne delivered included
- Review of contract for entitlement to claim for delay, and loss & expense;
- Peer review of contractual claims; and
- Facilitating a collaborative dispute resolution process.
