Our client had suffered delay and disruption through the administration of the design, co-ordination, review and approval obligation; administration of the co-ordination and provision of information obligation; the imposition of multiple and varied design stages to suit the construction programme; and other acts of prevention. This resulted in our client being unable to complete the Works in accordance with the contract duration, causing them to incur delays, losses and expense from which they sought relief.
Scope
The key scope of work Cranborne delivered included
- Research, identification and assessment of the causes — and their effects — of the delays, and development of an EoT entitlement programme;
