Continuing with our work on the turnaround and delivery of their 810A West Kowloon Terminus – Station Entrance Building project, Alfasi Constructions (Hong Kong) Ltd needed a General Manager to support their operations in Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Vietnam.
The tenders and projects included the provision of detailing, supply, fabrication (in China, Viet Nam and Thailand), delivery and erection of permanent and temporary structural steel for VietinBank Business Centre in Hanoi and West Kowloon Terminus – Station Entrance Building in Hong Kong; the tender in Joint Venture with Vinci for the Skybridge at Hong Kong International Airport; and the settlement of operations in South Korea and Hong Kong.
Scope
The key scope of work Cranborne delivered included
- Project delivery of the West Kowloon Terminus – Station Entrance Building project;
- Representing Alfasi in key or targeted customer business development activities; and
- Direct management of key functional and operational staff.
