China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited were awarded the contract for 1701 Oyster Bay station and Associated Works in December 2023.
The Siu Ho Wan Depot (SHD) development is located at the existing SHD which provides maintenance services, daily operational support and stabling facilities to the Tung Chung Line, Airport Express Line and Disneyland Resort Line. The SHD development comprises the development of private residential buildings and public housing, related facilities and a new railway station, Oyster Bay Station, on the Tung Chung Line. SHD shall remain in continuous operation throughout the development phase.
1701 Oyster Bay station is being built around the existing Airport Express Link (AEL), Tung Chung Line (TCL) and Disneyland Rail Line (DRL) and is envisaged to be a multi-level station with at-grade, side-platforms and three link bridges over the operating main line, linking to the new property development. The associated works include 10.8ha of podium deck over the existing Siu Ho Wan depot.

An NEC4 contract, we provide planning and programming support for the administration of Compensation Events.
