Shinryo (Hong Kong) Limited were awarded the contract for 1702 Siu Ho Wan Depot – Phase 1 and Associated Works in October 2024.
The Siu Ho Wan Depot (SHD) development is located at the existing SHD which provides maintenance services, daily operational support and stabling facilities to the Tung Chung Line, Airport Express Line and Disneyland Resort Line. The SHD development comprises the development of private residential buildings and public housing, related facilities and a new railway station, Oyster Bay Station, on the Tung Chung Line. SHD shall remain in continuous operation throughout the development phase.
The major elements of works include the design, supply and installation of Building Services across Siu Ho Wan Depot and Ancillary Buildings, including fire services, electrical and plumbing services; and Architectural Builder's Works and Finishes (ABWF) of ancillary buildings and Phase 1 depot high level, including non-structural partitions.
Scope
An NEC4 contract, we provided a Planning Manager and Planning Engineer to deliver
- Planning and scheduling of Weekly Work Plans and the Monthly Programme for Acceptance;
- Weekly Progress Management and Monthly Reporting; and
- Programming support for the administration of Compensation Events.
