The scope of the project comprises all works necessary for the design and construction of the NENT Landfill Extension — including site formation, installation of the landfill liner system, and provision of leachate treatment and landfill gas management systems — together with environmental monitoring, landfill operation, restoration and aftercare. The DBO (Design Build Operate) project commenced in 2021 and completes some 36 years later.

  • Production of a cashflow model for the Joint Venture across the D&C, operation, monitoring, restoration and aftercare stages, including tax;
  • Calculation of initial working capital, CAPEX requirements over the whole project, and forecast financing costs; and
  • Sensitivity analysis on income from D&B and revenue from operations.
