Our services are structured around a value-driven approach based on a Lean project management model and are a combination of the three key areas of construction project delivery; Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Control.

The focus of our service is to provide constructability, reliability, and effective project control to bind together the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning work processes, allowing the project team to function as an integrated unit. We help teams to capitalise on the benefits of these integrated cross-functional programmes with the adoption of DfMA and the use of advanced automation and technologies. We incorporate the benefits of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) process and our innovative approach to reduce construction costs.

During all stages of a project, our engineers are skilled in analysing the scope of works with a systematic approach to means and methods, identifying repeatable and robust construction engineering processes. We develop solutions to complex or unusual problems, using ingenuity and innovation, creating repeatable, long-term process and product quality solutions.

We are construction and buildability specialists that:

  • Define and design logistics, methods, sequence, plant, resources, and temporary works in a digital engineering model;
  • Use DfMA to identify and define the parts of a design that are best suited to modular or a kit-of-parts system of delivery; and,
  • Co-ordinate the scope, sequences, and statutory obligations at major interfaces between contracts.

We bring teams together to manage the delivery of all aspects of a project during design, procurement, delivery, or commissioning stages. When managing projects and programmes we apply standard and non-standard techniques and procedures to perform our assignments, ensuring they are delivered to agreed time schedules. ​

We bring solid technical governance to the teams ensuring full compliance with laws, standards, regulations, and codes, as well as ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and drawings.

Our project management, planning, and programming specialists:

  • Manage teams in the design, procurement, or construction of projects;
  • Produce, analyse, and improve tender or project programmes; and,
  • Undertake model-based scheduling and simulation to produce programmes.

Focussing on core areas of methodology, sequencing, time, and risk, we integrate data into the programme and capture, manage and analyse the integrated data, to understand, predict and influence project outcomes.

  • Cost and schedule processes are integrated in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning planning and control processes for consistent monitoring by the project team.
  • Technology is maximised to enhance quality, consistency, effectiveness, timeliness, and integrity of information.
  • Basic standards and formats of information are used, whilst duplication and report volumes are kept to a necessary level of information.
